Have you ever thought about volunteering with us but felt unsure because you didn’t know what to expect on the day?
This is your opportunity to find out and to ask all those questions you’ve been wondering about! We will be running online (Zoom) information sessions to give you some idea of what our volunteers do.
The session will be facilitated by Anne Lonie, our wonderful Training Coordinator. A Zoom link will be emailed to those who RSVP.
This will be an informative and enlightening session designed to help give you a clearer understanding of what’s involved and help you to develop the confidence to speak up for animals in need.
We will cover:
- How volunteers help the AJP to help animals.
- How to talk to the public and answer common questions.
- What AJP volunteers do on election day.
- The platforms the AJP is running on in this state election.
Note that the second session is a repeat of the first – you only need to come to one. If you are not able to come to either session, feel free to have a look at our online training module, which covers the same material. You can see it here: https://animaljusticepartytraining.thinkific.com/courses/SAvolunteers26. Just enrol for free and look through the module in your own time.
We’d love you to join us and be part of the biggest campaign we’ve ever had in a South Australian election! For further queries about volunteering with Animal justice Party SA, please contact [email protected].
